Vanessa Naja

Human Design Business Coach / Certified BG5 Consultant

Instructor introduction video

I help heart-centered entrepreneurs build businesses that feel aligned, sustainable, and make an impact. My work combines Human Design, emotional intelligence, and practical systems, so people can create offers they actually enjoy delivering, market and sell those offers in a way that feels good and run their businesses without burnout.

I care deeply about helping people create meaningful success and real work-life balance. When someone starts working with their natural energy instead of forcing themselves into strategies that don’t fit, everything becomes clearer, more consistent, and more sustainable.

That’s the work I love most, helping people build businesses that feel good to run and make a real impact.

Teaching Philosophy

How I teach:

My teaching blends Human Design, emotional intelligence, and practical business strategy in a way that’s both aligned and actionable.

I focus on practical application and embodiment, not just theoretical understanding. Everything I teach is designed to be used in real time, whether that’s refining an offer, making aligned decisions, or setting up systems that support the business.

I teach in a way that allows for both structure and flexibility, so students can move through the work in a way that fits their natural energy.

Support is a core part of my approach. I help students integrate what they’re learning into their actual business, so they can create results that feel aligned and sustainable.

Why I teach like this:

One-size-fits-all strategies do not work in the new era of leadership.

When people follow rigid formulas that don’t match how they naturally operate, it leads to burnout, inconsistency, and self-doubt. It also doesn’t create sustainable results, and even when it does, it often feels unfulfilling.

What drives my work is helping people build purpose-driven businesses that are aligned with who they are, where they can make a meaningful impact, be on purpose and fulfill their potential.

What I avoid:

I do not use Human Design as a tool for limitation.

There’s nothing in your chart that says you can’t do something. Human Design is meant to expand your awareness and support better decision-making, not restrict what’s possible for you.

I also avoid one-size-fits-all strategies, hustle-based approaches, and anything that pushes people to override their natural energy.

I don’t overcomplicate systems or technology. The goal is always to simplify, so the business runs smoothly in the background and supports the person behind it.

Ethical Scope & Boundaries

  • My work focuses on Human Design based business strategy, emotional intelligence, and aligned systems and automation.
  • I work with clients who are willing to take ownership of their business, their decisions, and their growth. My role is to guide, support, and provide tools and perspectives, not to act as a savior or make decisions on someone else’s behalf.
  • I do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice, and I encourage clients to seek qualified professionals in those areas when needed.
  • Human Design is used as a tool for self-awareness and aligned decision-making, not as a rigid rulebook. Clients remain responsible for how they choose to apply what they learn.
