Nicoline Huizinga
Human Design Business Strategist
Instructor introduction video
I am a certified business mentor, Human Design coach, speaker and author of the books ‘ Designed for Success’, ‘Aligned Energy’ and ‘Flick the F*ck It Switch’.
I help coaches, therapists, and healers use Human Design to attract aligned clients, earn more, and grow a business they love, without burnout or fake marketing. My clients go from being silently brilliant to confidently claiming their expert position, attracting dream clients and earning good money while doing so.
With my 30+ years experience as a coach, my creative mind and strong intuition, I always have an answer to any question that professionals may have.
I love reading, cold water swimming and enjoy James Bond movies as a pleasure (I don’t believe in guilty pleasures!). Apart from my native tongue Dutch, I am fluent in English, German and French, and study Spanish.

How I teach
- My starting point is always the person in front of me; their design, their history, their patterns, their specific way of processing the world. I use Human Design not as a system to pour into people, but as a mirror to reflect back what was always true about them. The chart gives language to what someone has felt but could never name.
- My teaching style is direct and calm through video, in person workshops, ongoing programs and Q&As. I ask precise questions. I notice what someone is avoiding. I name things clearly, without wrapping hard truths in so much softness that they lose their edge. I speak to the intelligent, capable adult in the room, because that is who my students actually are.\
- I support my students by holding a standard for them that they haven’t yet held for themselves. My work combines depth with structure. I help someone get clear on who they are and how they are designed to lead and then the business decisions follow naturally from that foundation.
Why I teach like this
- I believe every person already carries the wisdom they need. The problem is rarely a lack of knowledge, it is a lack of trust in what they already know. Most of my students have read the books, done the courses, and followed the advice. What they are missing is not more information. It is clarity about who they are and permission to lead from that place.
- I teach this way because I have seen what happens when someone finally stops operating from someone else’s blueprint – including my own experiences as a business owner. Something settles, decisions become easier and their work starts to feel like them again. That shift does not come from me giving them answers. It comes from helping them trust their own.
What I avoid
- I do not give people a new set of rules to follow. I am not here to replace one external framework with another. I avoid dependency, the goal is never that a student needs me to make decisions or validate their direction.
- I do not use urgency, pressure, or performance to create results. I do not dress up hard truths in false softness, but I also do not use confrontation for its own sake. I avoid generic strategies that work for someone else’s design and energy but not for the person in front of me.
- And I do not treat my students as if they are broken. They are not. They are capable, experienced, and intelligent women who have simply been working against their own nature. My job is to help them see that and then get out of the way.
Ethical Scope & Boundaries
- My work sits at the intersection of Human Design, business strategy, and personal leadership. I go deep; identity, positioning, pricing, visibility, and the psychological patterns underneath all of it, either in 1:1 coaching or small groups (max 6 people).
- That said, I am a business mentor, not a therapist. If what surfaces in our work points toward something that requires clinical support, I say so clearly and I refer. I do not work outside my scope. I also do not tell people what to do. I will be direct, I will name what I see, and I will challenge a story that is keeping someone small, but the decision always belongs to the client.
- And I do not offer unlimited access or crisis support outside of our agreed structure. Clear boundaries in how we work together are not a limitation, they are part of the model I teach. I cannot ask my clients to honour their own design and energy if I do not honour mine
