She helps wisdom keepers and experienced culture makers become full of themselves, and own their uniqueness. Her work blends Human Design, Gene Keys, Astrology and Numerology with somatic practices, shadow work and energetic alchemy to help you be empowered, embodied and fully expressed.

She helps you to decode the details of your soul contracted assignment in this life, including the integration of your specific the shadows and reignite your sacred spark so that you’re fulfilled, satisfied and living to your full potential.

Teaching Philosophy

How I teach: I have an immersive, experiential style where you’ll learn via storytelling and lots of examples. I like to get you involved and am focused on the implications and application of concepts rather than sharing the specifics of the theory as pure information. I’ll get you to notice how things feel in your body and identify sensate, feeling or emotion – so that you get a felt sense of your own energy in motion or stagnation.

Why I teach like this: I’m a 5/2 Mani Gen LAX of Distraction, with my sun in gate 56 and my moon in gate 9. Translated as, everything about my design means that I consider and synthesise everything I know, make it relevant to you, and only give you what you need, focusing on the details that matter and not over stimulating you with shiny distractions that entertain but don’t land.

What I avoid: I avoid telling you how it is, and encourage you to experiment and ‘try to break’ the concepts. My focus is on making sure this work is affirming and engaging. I don’t want you to be wowed or excited, I want you to be moved into action. I want you to operate from your authority and notice when you are not.

Ethical Scope & Boundaries

I won’t talk about your partner or kids, clients or colleagues without their consent, but I will show you how their energy might impact yours and where you might find yourself falling into your not-self rather than your true self.
