Human Design Instructor

Ra Uru Hu, the founder of Human Design, commissioned me to research the system scientifically. What I found led me to develop the Four Worlds System and found Noble Energy Maps, a clinically-validated expansion of Human Design now documented across more than 45,000 cases. I work with coaches, therapists, practitioners, and entrepreneurs who are ready to move past generic frameworks and understand how they, and the people they serve, actually process, relate, and transform. As I often say: “I’ve never worked a day in my life, because I love what I do and do what I love.”

This instructor was commissioned by Ra Uru Hu to research Human Design from a scientific perspective. Their work led to the creation of the Four Worlds System and Noble Energy Maps, a clinically validated expansion based on 45,000+ cases.

Teaching Experience

  • I’ve been teaching transformational work professionally since 1982, when I became the 10th Reiki Master made in the West.
  • For ten years I ran three-day in-person group intensives every six weeks, refining how to deliver transformations that hold and last.
  • Since then I’ve taught the Four Worlds System and Noble Energy Maps to thousands of students internationally, and documented outcomes across 45,000+ cases.

Teaching Philosophy

How I teach

  • I teach online and self-paced, with direct engagement built in. Before I serve someone, I map their World, how they actually process, relate, and transform, so what I deliver meets them precisely where they are. Nothing generic, nothing performative, nothing recycled from frameworks that weren’t built for them.

Why I teach like this

  • I became a clinical psychologist in 1973. From 1977 to 1987, I ran three-day in-person group intensives every six weeks, a decade of close clinical observation into what actually transforms people and what doesn’t. What I kept finding were missing pieces: communication that didn’t land, transformations that didn’t hold, frameworks that worked for some Worlds and failed for others. The Four Worlds System emerged directly from that decade of clinical work. Communication is World-specific, and real change only happens when the method matches the World in which the problem lives. When the match is right, transformation is fast, and it lasts. When it’s wrong, no amount of effort sticks. Everything I teach is built around finding that match.

What I avoid

  • I don’t teach traditional Human Design; my research has shown it to be clinically unreliable, and I only teach what the data support across thousands of documented cases. I avoid vague spirituality, motivational filler, and techniques I can’t validate. I draw on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life as a developmental framework because it holds up under clinical observation, not because it sounds profound.

Ethical Scope & Boundaries

  • I hold myself to clinical-standard professional ethics. I work by appointment, charge for my time, and am fully available to students within the scope of our contracted relationship. I don’t offer crisis counseling, medical or psychiatric advice, or work outside my documented system. When a student’s needs fall outside what I can validate clinically, I refer them on.
